Returns & Refund Policy

At Xing Monkey Store, all products are made using a print-on-demand process. This means every item is created especially for you after you place an order. Because of this, we do not keep inventory and cannot accept general returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color, or changing your mind.

However — your satisfaction is important to us. 💖

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • damaged,

  • defective,

  • or you received the wrong item,

please contact us within 30 days of delivery at:

xingmonkeystore@gmail.com

Include:

  • your order number,

  • a short description of the issue,

  • and clear photos of the item.

If the issue is confirmed, we will gladly offer:

  • a replacement,

  • or a full refund at no additional cost.


European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

For customers located in the European Union, consumer law normally provides a 14-day right to cancel or return an order without giving a reason.

However, according to Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, this right does not apply to goods that are:

  • made-to-order,

  • personalized,

  • or produced specifically for the customer.

Since all products sold at Xing Monkey Store are made on demand especially for each order, the standard 14-day cancellation right does not apply once production has started.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are still fully covered by our replacement/refund policy above.
